Brown the Sausage
Cook 1 lb breakfast sausage in a skillet until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
Mix the Batter
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, 1 cup Bisquick mix, 2 cups shredded cheese, 6 eggs, and 1/2 cup milk. Mix until you have a batter.
Prep the Pan
Grab a muffin tray and spray with Pam, cooking spray, or butter.
Fill & Bake
Add batter to each muffin cup, filling level with the top since they don't rise very much. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
