- Preheat Oven to 375°F. Grease two 8x8-inch pans.
- Cook the Pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Mix the Filling - Combine chicken, soup, bacon, milk, mayo, diced tomatoes, and spinach in a giant bowl.
- Combine & Coat - Fold in cooked pasta. Add extra milk if too thick.
- Assemble & Top - Spread into pans. Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until hot, bubbly, and cheese is golden.
