Cook the Meat
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, chicken, or steak, breaking it up as it cooks. Add taco seasoning and cook until meat is fully cooked through and no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
Mix Everything Together
In a large bowl or the same skillet (if there's room), combine the cooked seasoned meat, cream cheese, diced green chilis, ranch seasoning packet, and fiesta corn. Mix thoroughly, breaking up the cream cheese as you go. You can warm it slightly to help the cream cheese soften and incorporate more easily.
Serve
Serve warm or at room temperature with Hint of Lime tortilla chips, regular tortilla chips, or spread on tortilla wraps. This dip disappears fast, so consider making a double batch for parties!
